Healthy
bodies and healthy minds are the foundation of a life well-lived.
People of healthy mind and body are able to contribute more to their
families and their communities. Eating the right foods for your
body make all the difference in how you feel, what you can do with
your life, and how long you will be enjoying life here on Planet
Earth.

I
have a broad-based knowledge of nutrition, foods and how they
affect us through my extensive formal education, ongoing
continuing education reading and seminars, and personal experience.
I work with people from where they are now and help them get to
wherever they want to go next in their own nutritional journey.
And we try to have some fun along the way!
I
am very interested in what I call "ecological eating."
Our planet and our population need us to think more carefully
about our food choices such as eating organic, whole foods, locally
grown, and prepared in a traditional way. I encourage people to
eat this way as much as they can, and help them find creative
ways to do so that fit with their budget and their time.
I
do not have a particular dogma that I impose on others
- everyone's body and lifestyle is different. I can work with
someone on a vegetarian/vegan diet, low-carb, diabetic, gluten-free,
whatever. And if I don't already know about what it is you want
to do, I will do the research to find out more so I can best serve
you.
